Shipping Policy
We will ship or deliver your order usually within one to two business days. If by chance an item is not immediately available, we will email you to determine if you wish to wait for the item or be immediately refunded.

$12 delivery within 60 kilometers of our shop in Ottawa (some remote postal codes may be excluded)
$16.00 flat rate to Ontario & Quebec addresses
$20 flat rate to rest of Canada
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We’ll do our best to ensure that you are happy. If we made a mistake, we will refund the return shipping. If you decide to return the product for reasons other than our error, it must be in perfect resalable condition including any original packaging, with tags intact. You will receive a refund of the original purchase cost, excluding shipping fees. We are unable to reimburse the return shipping cost.
