Cody Houle is a self-taught Anishinaabe artist from the Kawartha Lakes region, currently based in Brantford, Ontario. His work is a vibrant celebration of his Indigenous heritage and a reflection of his personal journey toward healing and discovery. Houle’s contemporary style often features bold, colourful interpretations of nature, using symbols like the turtle and the bear to convey themes of strength and interconnectedness. Through his art, Cody seeks to inspire others to embrace their own stories and to find beauty and resilience in the natural world.
